ReferForge Affiliate Terms of Service

By creating a ReferForge affiliate account you agree to these terms.

1. Your account

You must give accurate registration details and keep your PayPal payout address current. One person or business, one account. You are responsible for everything that happens under your referral codes.

2. How you may promote

You may promote a participating website using the referral links ReferForge issues to you, in original content you control or lawfully publish.

3. Prohibited conduct

The following are prohibited without exception. Any one of them is grounds for immediate termination.

• Spam. Unsolicited bulk email, SMS, direct messages, forum posts, comment spam, or any promotion that violates the CAN-SPAM Act or equivalent law.
• Trademark bidding and typosquatting. Bidding on a participating site's brand terms, trademarks, or common misspellings in paid search; registering or using domains that imitate their brands.
• Cookie stuffing. Setting referral cookies without a genuine, intentional click by the visitor — including via iframes, pop-unders, redirects, image tags, or automated scripts.
• Fake or incentivised leads. Self-referrals, orders placed by you or on your behalf, orders using stolen payment details, or paying or rewarding people to place orders solely to generate commission.
• Misrepresentation. Describing products, prices, availability, guarantees, or endorsements inaccurately; posing as the merchant; fabricating reviews, testimonials, or results.
• Anything illegal. Any activity that breaks applicable law, or that infringes another party's intellectual property or privacy rights.

4. Commissions

Commissions are calculated as a percentage of the qualifying sale amount, at the rate published on each program's profile page. A commission is recorded as pending when the sale is reported, and becomes approved after that program's hold period has elapsed. Approved commissions are paid via PayPal once your balance reaches the platform minimum.

We may reverse a commission at any time before it is paid if the underlying order is refunded, charged back, cancelled, or found to have been generated in breach of these terms.

5. Termination and forfeiture

We may terminate your account immediately, without notice, if we determine you have violated section 3. On termination:

• your affiliate programs are suspended and your referral links stop earning;
• all unpaid commissions — both pending and approved-but-unpaid — are forfeited; and
• commissions already paid out are not clawed back by the platform.

We may instead suspend an account while a matter is under review. Suspension pauses earning without forfeiting an existing balance.

6. Changes to these terms

We may publish a new version of these terms. You will be asked to accept the new version the next time you sign in, and continued use of the platform requires acceptance.

7. No employment relationship

You are an independent contractor. Nothing here creates an employment, partnership, agency, or joint venture relationship.

8. Disclaimer

The platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee any level of traffic, conversion, or earnings.
